  • About Sheri McRae

I understand that starting mental health treatment can feel overwhelming, and my goal is to help you feel comfortable and supported as you begin your journey with Open Minds Psychiatric and Mental Health Services. I believe that every person has their own story—unique experiences, challenges, and strengths that have brought them to where they are today. I understand that acknowledging and valuing those individual stories is essential to healing and personal growth.

Clients can expect to take a deeper look at who they are, how they arrived at this point in their lives, and where they want to go. Together, we’ll identify areas for growth, explore ways to improve, and set meaningful goals to guide that journey. I believe in offering multiple treatment options and discussing them openly, ensuring that clients are fully involved in each step of their care plan. My clients know themselves best, and I deeply respect their insight and perspective as we work together to find the most effective path forward.

As this practice continues to grow, I remain committed to ensuring that every patient receives the highest quality, most up-to-date care possible. Together, we will work to improve your mental health and overall well-being so that you can move forward with clarity, confidence, hope, and—most of all—JOY!
