- With over 18 years of experience in mental health, I bring a compassionate, patient-centered approach to every individual I serve. My background includes inpatient acute stabilization, long-term rehabilitation, and outpatient treatment, allowing me to support clients through every stage of recovery. I believe in treating the whole person—mind, body, and spirit—through a holistic and evidence-based approach that empowers individuals to take an active role in their healing. I specialize in anxiety, depression, addiction, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, PTSD, behavioral disorders, and eating disorders. Clients can expect a warm, collaborative partnership rooted in trust and respect.
