I provide evidence-based education on emerging neuropsychiatric and pharmacogenetic therapies. And I am skilled in combining clinical insight with patient-centered care to optimize outcomes and elevate psychiatric practice standards.

It’s an incredible privilege to walk alongside individuals as they gain insight, healing, and confidence in themselves. Helping people feel truly seen, understood, and empowered to take control of their mental health is the most rewarding part of what I do

    Outside of my practice, I prioritize self-care through creativity and exploration—whether that’s working in my boutique or traveling to recharge and find inspiration.
  • What drew you to the field of mental health?

    My passion for mental health care stems from my own journey with depression and anxiety. Having once felt misunderstood and unseen, I’m committed to ensuring my patients feel genuinely heard, validated, and supported throughout their treatment.

    I wish everyone knew that mental health care is constantly evolving—new research, treatments, and breakthroughs are emerging every day. We no longer have to suffer in silence. Mental illness is real, it matters, and you are seen.
